Here are the schedules and forms for
Sanford's Columbus Day Tournament. All of this will be posted on the
Sanford Soccer website www.sanfordsoccer.com
Any change in the schedule
moving forward will be updated on our website
ONLY. Please be sure to check the
website frequently on the days leading up to the tournament.
Registration will be held at Shaw
Field.
Each team must present the
following at the time of registration:
1) Frozen State Roster
2) Player passes
3) Medical Release Forms for all
players
4) For out of state teams
only - Please remember to bring a completed copy of your
state's Permission to Travel Form.
Please remember to register your
team one hour before the start of your first game.
(If you have a 7:30 am game time, you may register your team
following your first game.)
5) Please remember, there
are NO DOGS ALLOWED
at ANY of the facilities. We will ask that any dog at the fields
be removed so please pass this message along to your families.
6) All official scores will be
posted at Shaw Field as well as online.
